2. I can hold a "plank" position (on my knees) for 75 seconds.
3. I can run/jog/walk 1km in 7:47.
4. I can reach 7 cm from my toes.
5. I can sit against a wall (with knees bent at a 90 degree angle) for 33 seconds.
