- clearing out junk food from the fridge and pantry (I took ice cream, chocolate and a few other bits and pieces to our neighbours downstairs - even the last few cupcakes left over from Donna's baby shower. That was a real sacrifice!)
- completing a fitness test
I didn't follow the meal plan for today because I still need to print out the shopping list and go to the supermarket, and I didn't do the planned exercise because the fitness test seemed like enough for Day 1!
I plan to start following the plan tomorrow!
