Day 1 - Sort Of

Today is Day 1 of the 12 Week Body Transformation, but I haven't started yet.  I've been so busy over the last couple of weeks that I didn't have time to get organised to start the program.  So, today I've been catching up on all the "pre-season" tasks, including:
  • setting goals
  • thinking about solutions to potential excuses
  • planning for training sessions
  • clearing out junk food from the fridge and pantry (I took ice cream, chocolate and a few other bits and pieces to our neighbours downstairs - even the last few cupcakes left over from Donna's baby shower.  That was a real sacrifice!)
  • completing a fitness test
I still need to weigh and measure myself, but I'll leave that for first thing tomorrow morning.

I didn't follow the meal plan for today because I still need to print out the shopping list and go to the supermarket, and I didn't do the planned exercise because the fitness test seemed like enough for Day 1!

I plan to start following the plan tomorrow!
